KHOSPACE POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
Utilizing, Entering and Exiting Offices
It is your responsibility to check the schedule for your room and see if someone is occupying the room before or after your scheduled time. Please keep in mind that someone may book the room while you are in session. If you are running late, it is your responsibility to check this before assuming you can remain in the office.
In the event that you need the room longer than anticipated, please use the app to extend your booking or book a different room.
Please ensure that your room is clear before entering. It is common courtesy to always knock.
If you are aware that someone is using the space during your reserved time, please notify us at 1 (833) KHO-ROOM so that we can help ameliorate the situation.
It is your responsibility to keep time and vacate the room at the end of your session.
Practicing Under a License
If you practicing under a license from the department of health, or under any other qualifications or certifications that have a code of ethics or governing body, you must adhere to the following:
You must have your license on you at all times.
We provide a lucite frame for you to display your license on the desk during your sessions.
IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO OPERATE UNDER THE CODE OF CONDUCT, LAWS AND ETHICS FOR YOUR LICENSE. IF WE BECOME AWARE OF ANY VIOLATIONS, WE WILL ASK YOU TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE. IF THE ISSUE IS NOT RESOLVED, WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO END YOUR MEMBERSHIP WITHOUT REFUND.
We provide cleaning services, however we ask that you use common courtesies before you leave your space:
We provide disinfecting wipes (please use of surfaces if there was a mess, or you suspect that your client was ill)
We have a dust buster in the event that one is needed

We do our best and take pride in our clean offices, but due to back-to-back bookings, we are not always able to check the offices, hallways, bathrooms before another client utilizes them
Please leave offices how you found them and how you expect to find them when you return. If you need assistance, we are happy to help. Please notify concierge or call (833) KHO-ROOM
Safety & Door Locking System
The Kisi system is used throughout our locations. When you book your room for the first time, you will receive directions for how to download the app. This will allow you to open the front door and office door of your booking with your smartphone.
AVENTURA Front door is unlocked 7:30 am to 8:30 pm 7 days per week.
If you use the space after 7:30 pm, you will have to unlock the door to exit using the green “Exit” button to the left of the door. The door will lock behind you.
This front door is unlocked due to the general security that Mystic Pointe provides.
All inside offices are to be closed and locked behind you.
Front door is unlocked from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday – Friday.
After 5 pm and on weekends, if is your responsibility to unlock and lock the front door for your client – this is for the safety of both you and your client.
The clinician entrance is always locked and can be opened using Kisi and locks behind you.
All inside offices are to be closed/locked when your session is complete.
There are 3 designated Khospace parking spaces in the town center lot.
If a Khospace parking space is not available, please use a “guest” space or valet your car at the 300 building for $2.
Do not reverse park, you will be ticketed

How to give your client access to Mystic Pointe offices Please call Mystic Pointe Gate House at 305-932-8345

Please follow the prompts and add your client’s name to the list with access for 24 hours.
*you can call in their access the night before or the morning of the appointment and add several clients on one call.
Complimentary WiFi and printing are provided
Please refer to the instructions and passwords displayed at your location.
Printing is for business-related activity only.
If you have a mail package with Khospace, please retrieve your mail via the instructions provided to you via your point of contact at Khospace.
As a general rule, most of our clients’ cancellation policies require 24 hour-notice.
Our cancellation policy is 12 hour-notice. Any cancellations made after the 12-hour window will not be credited or refunded.
If you refer us new clients, we reward you with free hours!
Make sure your referral mentions you when they sign up!
Displaying Marketing Materials
We encourage you to proudly display your cards/pamphlets at our entrance.
All materials must adhere to laws/ethics of your profession.
We have the right to discard any materials that breach standard codes of ethics for your profession.
Please be aware of the following guidelines for common areas:
All entrances and hallways are monitored via camera.
Noise machines are available in each hallway should you choose to turn it on.
Please turn off before you leave
Our spaces are designed to be sound-proofed, but please note that due to the nature of glass windows and door frames, it cannot be 100%, please be mindful of the noise level and that some sounds may travel outside the 4 walls.
We highly encourage you not to conduct conversation or loud greetings in the hallways or outside office doors. This may cause disruption to your colleagues.

If a concierge is on the premises, call 911 first and then alert concierge if possible.
